We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, and PayPal. Orders may be securely placed on-line at this web site, or by mail, phone, or fax. Always provide us with your e-mail address and/or phone number where you can be reached in the event that we need to discuss your order with you.
Personal checks are also accepted with mail orders. Checks returned
for non-sufficient funds will be assessed a $20.00
service charge.
Please check your order carefully before you finalize
it. Orders are processed shortly after they are received
and in some cases, shipped within one hour of receiving
your order. If you find that you need to make a change
to your order, please contact us as soon as possible and
we will do our best to make the change. We cannot
make changes to an order once it has been processed for
shipping.

SALES TAX
Sales tax of 6% will be applied to Vermont customers only.

We do our best to keep all items in stock. Occasionally an item may be out of stock due to unpredictable sales of a particular item and may be temporarily removed from our web site until that item is back in stock or you will be notified of it's expected availability date.

DAMAGES
All orders are packaged with care to avoid damages. Should you receive any damaged products, please notify us within 48 hours. We will make arrangements to rectify the damages.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancelled orders that have been packed for shipping will be subject to a
restocking fee of 15% or $5, whichever is higher.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Our goal is to provide high quality products to our customers. If you are dissatisfied in any way, please let us know. To return an item(s), send the unused portion in its original packaging to us indicating your reason for the return. Let us know if you would like a refund or would like to exchange the item(s) for another item(s) of comprable value. Please ship by UPS, FedEx or insured Parcel Post for your protection and prompt delivery. Sorry, shipping and handling fees are not refundable. We can not resell returned products ensuring the highest quality to our customers. If you are unsure of a particular scent, indicate up to 3 soap samples you would like to try under our Scent For A Cent page at our web site. The charge for each scent is .01 cent and will be shipped along with your order.
